We have updated the way we handle product returns and repairs for our products. All product returns are now handled through WISI Connect and the ticket system that is implemented there.
If you need to return a product, please log in to your WISI Connect account and submit a ticket with ‘Product Return’ as the category. Don’t forget to attach the filled-out RMA document with the ticket.
When our support staff have processed your ticket you will receive an email with the shipping information and your RMA number. Your RMA number is always the same as your ticket ID for that product return ticket, and is the reference number you can use in all contact with us about that product return.
